1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and unworn
Be in the same condition as when you received it
Be in its original packaging

2. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Ship the package back using a trackable shipping service.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If the return is due to an error on our end, such as receiving the wrong product, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or fully reimburse your return shipping costs.

Customer Remorse / Change of Mind:
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, color, or product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees:
We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

Inspection:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing:
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original Shipping Fees:
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
